Console is a machine vision based industrial inspection system for quality assurance. Our aim is to automate the industrial inspection processes using computer vision technologies to maximize output, improve cost-efficiency, and generate tangible competitive value in all over Pakistan.
Illumination and Camera calibration according to the product size for inspection.
Multiple images will be captured via industrial cameras for processing
Machine learning and AI algorithms will apply on the Acquired images
Developed inspection algorithms will identify bottle defects with high accuracy
Visualization of complete inspection process
Detect bottle dents, scuff and dirt material.
Detect loose caps ,scuffed caps and cocked cap.
Detect print defects ,torn, bubbled ,scuffed and label skew
Read the Batch or serial number of the product
